If you received an item with shipment damage, we recommend contacting us before shipping the item back, as we may be able to offer a replacement.
Please note, in some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount can be deducted from their refund. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policies or about the process of returning your item, please contact us directly and we would be glad to assist.
Customized products are not eligible for returns. International shipments are not eligible for returns.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Personal protection equipment (PPE) and Personal protection barriers (PPB) are non-returnable and non-refundable. PPE and PPB products include, but are not limited to, "sneeze guards", "Cubicle Sneeze Guards", "protective barriers", "office barriers", as well as "touch-free multitool" "guards", "shields" and "Face-masks". For items damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Support within 7 days from receipt of the delivery date.
